What do I need to consider when relocating the registered office?
You register a relocation with the commercial register, the trade office and the tax office. The exact steps depend on the legal form and federal state; if in doubt, a notary or tax advisor can help.
From when can I use the new address?
From the day of booking. Once we have checked your details, you receive the usage contract by email as proof.
What happens with mail sent to the old address?
Mail to the old address does not reach us. Set up a forwarding order with the postal service for that. Everything sent to Saarbrücker Str. 28 we accept.
What does the address cost in total?
