FAQ
Are registered letters accepted too?
Yes. With the postal authorisation you sign directly when booking, we also accept registered letters, personal-delivery items and formal service for you.
Can I switch between scan and forwarding?
Yes, any time by email to info@firmenhafen.de, at no extra charge.
What happens to the original?
The original is kept with us. On request we send it to you.
What does the address cost in total?
Virtual Office costs €29 net per month, Business €69; both are 5% cheaper when paid yearly. Letters are included. There is no deposit and you can cancel monthly.
Why do I have to verify my identity?
Business address providers are required by the German Anti-Money Laundering Act to identify their customers. At Firmenhafen this is done online via Stripe Identity, and you sign the postal power of attorney electronically.
Can I collect my mail in person?
Yes. Our office at Saarbrücker Str. 28 in Prenzlauer Berg is staffed Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and you can collect your mail there.
