What is a virtual office?

Is the address legally valid for service of documents?
Yes, in all three plans. A court, an authority or a bailiff can validly serve documents to you at this address.

What does the address cost in total?
Virtual Office costs €29 net per month, Business €69; both are 5% cheaper when paid yearly. Letters are included. There is no deposit and you can cancel monthly.
Why do I have to verify my identity?
Business address providers are required by the German Anti-Money Laundering Act to identify their customers. At Firmenhafen this is done online via Stripe Identity, and you sign the postal power of attorney electronically.
Can I collect my mail in person?
Yes. Our office at Saarbrücker Str. 28 in Prenzlauer Berg is staffed Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and you can collect your mail there.
