FAQ
Is a PO box enough for the legal notice?
No. The address in the legal notice must be legally valid for service of documents. A plain PO box is not.
Can I also use the address for the commercial register?
Yes, in every plan. With many providers the register entry is tied to the more expensive package; with us it is not.
How does my mail reach me?
We scan every letter the day it arrives and send you the PDF by email, or we forward the mail unopened to the address you give us.
What does the address cost in total?
Virtual Office costs €29 net per month, Business €69; both are 5% cheaper when paid yearly. Letters are included. There is no deposit and you can cancel monthly.
Why do I have to verify my identity?
Business address providers are required by the German Anti-Money Laundering Act to identify their customers. At Firmenhafen this is done online via Stripe Identity, and you sign the postal power of attorney electronically.
Can I collect my mail in person?
Yes. Our office at Saarbrücker Str. 28 in Prenzlauer Berg is staffed Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and you can collect your mail there.
