Saarbrücker Str. 28 goes on your invoices, in your imprint and in the commercial register. A period building with a company sign, no PO box and no “c/o” in front of your name.
The commercial register and your imprint are open to anyone. List your flat there and your home address is one search away, for advertisers and for any unhappy customer alike.
The scan is in your inbox while the letter is still on our desk. Prefer the original? We forward it to you unopened.
New flat, new team, bigger office: the registered seat stays put. No register change, no notary appointment, no new business cards.
Four hours of meeting or office room a month are included in Business. You book online, anything beyond that by the hour.
See BusinessVirtual Office costs €29 a month: a registered address, mail handling and either a daily scan or forwarding to an address of your choice. Business costs €69 and adds a Berlin phone number with voicemail and four hours of room time a month. Fixed Desk costs €199 and adds a permanent desk in the building. Paying yearly brings the monthly price down to €26, €62 and €179.
Yes, at any time. You set the option when booking and change it later in your account, and we charge nothing for that. If you need both permanently, Business works out cheaper than booking the two services separately.
It means a court, an authority or a bailiff can serve documents on you at this address with legal effect. German law requires exactly that of every company. It takes more than a letterbox: your company name is on our sign and on the box, somebody is on site to accept deliveries, and a “c/o” appears nowhere.
Yes, and on every plan. With many providers the register entry is tied to the more expensive package. Not here. You register Saarbrücker Str. 28 as your seat with the commercial register, the trade office and the tax office. The legal form makes no difference: sole trader, GbR, OHG, UG, GmbH, gGmbH, GmbH & Co. KG, AG and SE all work. The register then shows your company name, Saarbrücker Str. 28, 10405 Berlin.
No. Every plan runs monthly and ends at the end of the month once you cancel. We ask for no deposit. Paying yearly is an offer, not a condition: it lowers the monthly price by ten per cent and changes nothing else.
Yes. At the notary appointment and when filing with the commercial register you need an address before the company exists at all. That is exactly what you can use ours for, from the day you book. We accept mail from that same day, even if nothing is in the register yet.
As a business address, yes. Note one distinction the tax office draws: the tax registration questionnaire also asks for the place of management, meaning where you actually work. That entry is not public. If you work from home, the tax office for your place of residence normally stays responsible. False statements are a criminal offence here, so enter what is true.
You can also register a place of business at Saarbrücker Str. 28, for example as an additional place of business with the trade office. Whether the tax office also treats it as a permanent establishment for tax purposes depends on how you actually use the address. Worth a short conversation with your tax adviser.
Three things. The commercial register entry is in our entry plan, not locked behind the second or third tier. We run three plans rather than five, because most founders have exactly one question, not five. And we put no countdown discounts on the page: what costs €29 today costs €29 next quarter.
Choose a plan, enter your details, confirm your identity. After that your name is on our company sign and your mail arrives at Saarbrücker Straße.
